Send final files with a clear client handoff

Deliver the agreed files with understandable names, formats and download instructions. Tell the client what is final, how long access lasts and where they should keep their own copy.

Check the brief before exporting

Confirm the promised formats, versions and deliverables. Keep work-in-progress files separate from the final package. Open the exported files to check that they are usable rather than relying on the export-success message.

Make the package understandable

Use names that identify the client or project, deliverable and version. Include a short guide when several formats serve different purposes. Do not make the client guess which file belongs on a website and which belongs in print.

Explain access and storage

EZ Customers connects delivered files to the booking and gives clients a place to download them. Access is adjustable and the existing feature inventory describes a 14-day default; confirm the actual expiry on the booking. Ask clients to keep their own copy.

Separate delivery from the feedback agreement

Agree how feedback and final acceptance work before sending the package. EZ Customers supports in-app file review with client selections, version feedback and approval status connected to the booking. Do not assume that file delivery alone defines your revision scope or long-term archive.

Questions & answers

Where should I start in EZ Customers?

Create the service and its booking details, then attach an intake form for the information needed before the appointment. Test the journey with fictional information before sharing it with clients.

Do I need every feature for my first service?

No. Start with the booking and client information you need. Add payment requests, file delivery or team tools when the service calls for them, and check the relevant plan.

Sources & editorial method

Prepared by EZ Customers from official provider pages and public question research. Provider descriptions are a dated selection, not a ranking, endorsement or first-hand review. Planning checklists and worked examples are original editorial material; they are not treatment instructions, legal templates or proof of professional qualification. Confirm current intake, pricing, campus, stock and eligibility directly. No affiliate links or paid placements are included.

Keep building your business.

Workflow

Keep client payment requests organized

Connect each request to the agreed work, state the amount and purpose clearly, and check the status before following up. A payment request, an invoice and your accounting records have different roles.
